Features
Our Come Aboard platform offers a variety of valuable features for streamlining the onboarding process. These include seamless integration of employee data with payroll and NetClockIn, the ability to upload existing forms and documents, and an expanded self-service portal for employees. It also allows companies to send personalized notices, track employee license and certification renewals with notifications, and customize permissions to control what employees can view or change. Additionally, the system supports uploading employee profile pictures, enhancing both convenience and personalization.
Electronic New Hire Forms
Electronic new hire forms ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately, including federal W-4s, I-9s, and state-specific withholding forms.  New hires can also sign up for direct deposit, fill out employee add/change forms, and complete employee agreements.  Additionally, any other custom forms required as part of your hiring process can be included electronically, making onboarding more efficient and streamlined. Custom forms provided by your company, to be loaded into the platform, have a one-time cost of $25 per form. These forms are uploaded into the platform by our internal support staff.
E- Signatures
E-signatures on the platform help save both time and paper by allowing new hire paperwork to be signed and submitted electronically. Â For employees who prefer not to use electronic signatures, there is an option to download, print, sign and upload completed documents.
Notifications
The notification feature allows businesses to post company-wide messages on the home page to inform employees about upcoming events or important notices. Â Additionally, the system enables the creation of custom notifications that alert users when employee licenses or certifications are nearing their expiration dates, helping to ensure compliance and timely renewals.
Permissions
The permissions feature on the Come Aboard platform allows companies to set specific permissions for the organization and individual employees.  Businesses can decide whether employees should have the ability to view, edit or be restricted from accessing certain fields. This provides a customizable approach to managing data access within the system.
